  Our annual boiler check was carried out recently by Gary Duncan.
  Very efficient service. We received a letter advising us check was due ,we arranged the appointment and got a phone call from Gary on the day checking and advising when he would arrive. The service was very thorough and Gary also gave us some advice on settings.

  Just had our annual boiler check carried out by John Andrews who was very polite and helpful. He gave us some good tips on how to get the most out of our heating system. The whole service didn't take longer than 40 minutes. Excellent service. Also I had to contact the James Frew office beforehand to ask if our engineer could come before 11am as I have to collect my daughter from nursery. The girl was very helpful and noted it on the paperwork, and we actually ended up being first customer on the schedule for that day which was a great help. Definitely recommend this company.
